Lose Belly Fat with a Fixed Workout
Losing belly fat is all about starting an exercise routine and sticking to it. You can’t expect to burn off stomach fat if you only exercise whenever it suits you. If you really want to lose stomach fat, then it’s time to rearrange your schedule and decide on an exercise program to follow each day.

Following are some high intensity cardio workouts that you can mix and match in order to burn off your tummy fat.
- Jump Ropes – Jump as fast as you can, paying attention to proper landing. The balls of your foot and not the toes should absorb the impact of the landing. Make sure that you get a rope that is just the right length for you; otherwise you would just start tripping instead of jumping. If you can, try to mimic the way boxers use the jump rope. It’s characterized by short fast jumps with both feet being lifted from the ground at the same time.
- Squat Thrusts – This exercise can be very hard to perform if you’re new to it, but that’s what makes it a good exercise. The routine starts with you standing, feet apart. Slowly bend your knees and squat on the floor. At the same time, plant your hands on the sides, palm down with fingers facing forward. Next, in one quick movement, push your legs backward, with your body forming a straight line as if you are doing pushups. After this, stand back up again and repeat.
These two exercises are very high in intensity and could burn belly fat quick. Start mixing them up with other non-intense workouts and you got yourself an exercise program. Make sure to write it down so you don’t forget. Start low on reps and add up as your stamina improves.
