To effectively lose belly fat, one must perform high intensity exercises like sprinting instead of slow, measured pacing. So the second thing you shouldn’t do is settle for low intensity workouts.
By knowing which methods to avoid, you’ll be able to steer yourself towards the right one. Of course, it isn’t always about the exercises. Eating right and maintaining a proper diet is also very important if you want to lose that stomach fat. The key here is to not leave out necessary nutrients and instead limit consumption to avoid further deposits of fat.
